Casey Jonathan Lloyd, 34, homeless, was arrested Thursday night in the 900 block of Franklyn Avenue in Marengo on a Washington County warrant for failure to appear for mittimus on violation of probation on original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance.
A caller Thursday afternoon in the 300 block of West Madison Street in Washington reported a two-vehicle accident. An officer responded. Damage to the vehicles was more than $1,500. A state report was filed. A citation was issued to Ketra Howard, of Fairfield, for failure to obey traffic control device.

An officer reported being at a vehicle stop, early Friday morning at West Van Buren Street and South Avenue B in Washington. An additional officer also responded. Charges are pending for possession of marijuana. A report will be filed.
A caller Thursday afternoon at Kiwi Avenue and 230th Street in Washington reported that his Hyundai Sonata was stuck on Kiwi Avenue near the gun range on the dirt portion of the road. He was then at Kirkwood. An officer responded. The subject advised that his GPS took him down that road. Documentation was made.
A caller Thursday evening in the 2400 block of Highway 92 in Washington reported a truck and trailer parked on the west side of the parking lot had been running all day. The caller was unsure if anyone was around it. An officer spoke with the registered owner. He had unloaded his trailer that morning. He would be leaving during the night. There was no problem.
A caller Thursday night at South Fourth Avenue and East Madison Street in Washington reported a Chevrolet Malibu with dealer plates parked in front of a no-parking zone. The car was found not parked in a no-parking zone.
An officer reported being out with an occupied disabled vehicle, Thursday morning in the 300 block of East River Street in Riverside. The female was slumped over the wheel. The driver was OK and was on her way.
A caller Thursday morning at Highway 218 and 140th Street in Riverside reported a male subject standing outside of a vehicle along the side of the road who appeared to be in distress and looked as if he were hauling a load of something. An officer responded. The truck and trailer got too far off onto the shoulder. The vehicle was pulled out and the subject was on his way.
A caller Thursday night at 135th Street and Highway 218 in Riverside reported a disabled vehicle on the southbound side. It was a white car, and someone was in it. An officer checked the area and was unable to locate the vehicle.
A caller Thursday morning in the 500 block of North Fourth Avenue in Washington reported that a male subject had consistently allowed his dog to come onto their yard and relieve itself. They had asked him to clean it up and he refused and kept on walking. The dog was brown and white in color. An officer located the dog owner, who was counseled.
A caller Thursday night in the 500 block of South Third Avenue in Washington reported that her friend was in a physical altercation with her husband. He had left the residence. The caller requested an officer. A report was filed. Charges are pending.
A caller Friday morning in the 3100 block of Highway 22 in Riverside reported that he assaulted his wife and she had a scratch on her nose. He said he had done a number of illegal things. His wife felt he should go to prison, and he thought that would be a good idea. The caller ended the call before his name and exact location could be determined. Dispatch contacted the casino and was advised that they would look into this and handle it. An officer was advised. The subject called 911 again and hung up. The casino was again advised.
A caller Thursday night in the 500 block of South Avenue C in Washington reported a barking dog in the area. It was a large black dog in the backyard on the west side of the street. An officer responded and was unable to locate the dog.
A caller Thursday afternoon in the 3000 block of 305th Street in Crawfordsville reported that a subject purchased a puppy for $500 on Aug. 25, and then stopped payment on the check. This was for a black male mini Australian shepherd. An officer spoke with the caller. She was going to try to get the dog back in person or take the subject to small-claims court.
A caller Thursday night in the 600 block of West Jefferson Street in Washington reported that his 14-year-old son took off. The caller believed he was at a residence in Washington, and requested a civil standby. An officer responded. The juvenile was not at the residence. The juvenile?s mother was going to continue to look for him. She was not requesting he be entered as missing at that time. The caller later advised that the juvenile had returned home.

A caller Thursday night in the 300 block of West Van Buren Street in Washington reported having a problem with her husband, who would not let her take the vehicle. Officers responded. The parties would be separated for the night.
A caller Thursday morning in the 100 block of South Sixth Street in Kalona reported that his daughter did not show up for school again that day and was possibly at her boyfriend?s house in Washington. An officer left a message for the father to call in. An officer checked the residence in Washington and was unable to locate the daughter. The juvenile was entered into the system.
A student reportedly left the school without permission, Thursday afternoon in the 1100 block of South Avenue B in Washington. His apparel was described. An officer was advised and checked the area. The caller then called back and advised that the juvenile had returned and the office could disregard
A caller Thursday morning in the 700 block of A Avenue in Kalona reported that a subject broke a windshield on a vehicle that belonged to the caller?s granddaughter. An officer spoke with the caller, who was advised to make contact with a supervisor. The caller also requested a welfare check on her granddaughter. An officer responded. The subject was OK and was told to contact her grandmother.
A caller Thursday morning in the 900 block of Eighth Avenue in Wellman reported that a sanitation truck drove through his yard and left big ruts. An officer spoke with the company, and they were going to contact the caller directly about taking care of the issue. The caller said he would call back on Saturday if they had not done so.
A caller Thursday night in the 700 block of South Avenue C in Washington reported that a subject pulled a gun on him. The caller did not want to speak to an officer. Officers responded and were unable to locate anyone at the residence or make contact with the caller.

A caller Thursday afternoon at Wayland Road and 275th Street in Washington reported that an older male subject was walking along the side of the road and appeared to be wearing pajamas. The caller requested a welfare check. An officer responded and located the male subject, who was given a ride back to a care facility.

An officer reported being out with a subject who failed to appear for his mittimus, Thursday night in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard in Washington. The situation was turned over to the county attorney for charges.
