Man arrested for harboring runaways

WAYLAND ? A Wayland man was arrested Tuesday evening and faces charges stemming from allegedly harboring two runaways from Missouri. According to the Washington County call log, Charles Levi Hinh, 32, of Wayland, was arrested at 8:57 p.m. Tuesday at 3220 Redwood Avenue in Wayland. He faces two counts of harboring a runaway, an aggravated misdemeanor; and two counts of supplying alcohol to a minor, a serious misdemeanor.

The log said that a sheriff?s deputy had reported being out with missing juveniles from Missouri at the address. The juveniles were transported to the Washington County sheriff?s office and the parents of the juveniles will pick them up Wednesday.

The log also reported that a search warrant was conducted at the location early Wednesday morning.
