A Washington man was arrested on multiple counts, including OWI, after a vehicle he was driving struck several objects in the 1200 block of East Third Street in Washington Saturday night.
At about 9:57 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported a grey Intrepid-type vehicle had just struck a parked vehicle, went up over the curb, and proceedd nothbound on 12th Avenue, then west on East Seventh Street. The caller reported the vehicle was leaking fluid. An officer located the vehicle after it had struck two more parked vehicles on North Sixth Avenue and East Seventh Street. The suspect vehicle had also run over a street sign at East Seventh Street and North Seventh Avenue, then run through residents? yards. Zachary Raymond Job, 23, of Washington, was arrested for OWI, second offense, possession or carrying a dangerous weapon while intoxicated, two counts of striking an unattended vehicle, and three counts of striking fixtures upon a highway.The vehicle was towed.
