Kiwanis to hold annual spaghetti dinner

By David Hotle, The JOURNAL

For the 16th year, the Washington Kiwanis AM?ers will hold a spaghetti and meatball dinner and an ice cream social Wednesday evening for 4 to 7 p.m. in the Washington High School commons area.

In addition to the dinner, a silent auction will be held. Proceeds from the event will go to fund service projects in the area.

This is the Kiwanis AM?ers largest fundraiser of the year and enables the group to better our community in a variety of ways. Participants may be eating spaghetti and meatballs but they are also helping provide coats, shoes, and clothing for youth in our community(the Kiwanis? largest service project).

Contact the Kiwanis AM?ers on Facebook or any members to purchase tickets.
