Highland receives grant for agriculture curriculum

Highland was notified on Wednesday that they had received a $2,000 grant from DuPont Pioneer, Highland interim superintendent Dr. Mike Jorgensen said. Highland CSD was selected from over 200 submitted applications. The funds will be used to purchase CASE (Curriculum for Agricultural Science Education) curriculum to be implemented for the 2018-2019 school year. The grant was submitted by current instructor Duane VanWinkle and future instructor Cassi Montandon.
