Twenty-five Dog Project 4-H?ers gathered Saturday, April 14, at the Extension Office to kick-off this spring season of dog workouts. 4-H?ers were reminded of the lifelong skills they learn while invested in this project area: responsibility, discipline, patience, and communication skills. Leaders Tracie Sedlacek, Jessica Schoonover, Kathy Farrier led the meeting. 2018 dog workbooks/manuals/calendars were distributed.
4-H?ers who were not at the kick off meeting but are interested in dog project should contact a dog project leader or Amy at the Extension Office for the workout schedule. This year?s weekly workouts will begin May 2 at the Washington County Fairgrounds.
