On Thanksgiving Day, the Davis and Lewis families enjoyed a Thanksgiving dinner and fellowship at the United Church of Crawfordsville.

Those in attendance were : Duane and Ann Lewis; Alisha, Levi, Cecil and Leah Kelley; Wendy, Derek, Bradley and Orie Imhoff; Mildred Houseal; Jeff and Sandy Suter; Lorraine Suter; Erin and Jayse Thorius; Adam, Tara, Laney and Brodey Suter; Scott and Jeanne Davis; Amber Davis , Rebecca Bueina; Marcus and Brittany Davis, Merrick, Makinley and Brysen; Angela Davis; Sanford and Nancy Rugg, Chelsea and Clarissa; Uriah Rugg and Shannon Peserik; Janet and Ernest Whiting; Dawn Meyer, Dan Duwa, Kody Curtis and Rebecca Owens; Randy and Jill DeYarman; Joanie, Luna and Eve Kanneberg; Joe, Kayti, Emily and Molly Henderson. Everyone enjoyed the delicious meal and fellowship, and all family who were unable to attend were greatly missed.

Larry and Donna Fletcher were guests of their son and wife, Brad and Carol Fletcher in Cedar Falls on Thanksgiving Day. Others attending were Pam and Steve Green, Fletcher Green, Jacob Green and Zoey Thompson; Alan and Alice Trees, Brian and Carla Haymond, Chris Trees and Andrea; Clint Fletcher and Emma Fletcher and friend, Riley.

Pastor Jason Collier, Tina and family spent Thanksgiving in the home of his sister, JoHannah and Brett Crotty and family in Pembina, North Dakota. They all enjoyed shopping on Black Friday.

Gathering at the home of Doug and Carol Steele for dinner on Thanksgiving Day were; Harold Steele of Washington, Carmen Steele of Omaha, Nebraska; Carrie, Doug and Emma Wilkerson of Center Point and Cory and Katie Steele, Kylee and Clayton of Crawfordsville.

Arvid and Joan Anderson welcomed a new great-grandson, Anderson Cole Walsten, born Nov. 29, 2017, to Tim and Shelby Walsten of Waterloo. He weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces, and was 20 inches long. Anderson was welcomed home by big brother, Tobias and sister, Finley.

He is the grandson of Ed and Leanne Anderson of Nashua.
