According to the Washington County call log, a citation was issued for allowing a dog to run at large and another incident involving two dogs running at large was reported.
The call log reported that on Oct. 27, Ashlee Ann Weimer, 27, of Washington, was cited for allowing a dog to run at large.
This citation was in response to an incident that occurred on Oct. 13, in which a child was injured.
According to the report, the injury was a red V mark on the child?s face.
The log also reported at 10:10 a.m. on Sunday two stray dogs that were very aggressive were reported in the 1000 block of North Second Avenue in Washington.
A caller reported that a young boy was trying to walk his dog and the two stray dogs were attacking that dog.
The young boy?s dog did not suffer injuries. Officers responded.
The dogcatcher transported a tan pitbull and a tan bulldog to the dog pound.
The dogs were not released until the owner showed proof that rabies vaccinations were up to date.
